They sue Elon Musk over a severance package dispute.
According to Odaily, both X (formerly known as Twitter) and Elon Musk are facing another legal challenge. On September 6, three former Twitter executives, Sarah Personette, James Sullivan, and Dalana Brand, filed a lawsuit in federal court in the Northern District of California. The plaintiffs allege that they were wrongfully deprived of more than $53 million in severance pay.
The lawsuit alleges that after Musk took over the company, their roles changed “significantly and irrevocably,” and argues that this provided “good cause” for their resignation and entitlement to severance pay.$dog
