Terms and Conditions:

  • Changes to the Simple Earn Reward Rate will be announced on the Platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning for more information before using Simple Earn.

  • Award

    • Tiered APR rewards are provided as an additional reward on top of the real-time APR. After registration, tiered APR rewards start accruing the next day, from 07:00 (UTC). Rewards will start being distributed the next day, after accruing from 07:00 (UTC) to 15:00 (UTC) to the user's Spot Wallet.

    • All users who sign up for Simple Earn Flexible Product special offers will receive both real-time APR rewards and tiered APR rewards for up to 5 days during the Program Period. Users can re-apply for special offers during the Program Period but the total maximum reward duration will remain 5 days. The final rewards will be accumulated on the Program end date and will be distributed on the following day. New subscriptions on the Program end date will not accumulate tiered APR rewards on the following day. After the Program ends, users will only receive real-time APR rewards.

    • The Tiered Rewards APR that constitutes the "Tier Rewards" is calculated based on the subscribed amount and is subject to the respective tier limits for each token. Please refer to FAQ for more details.

  • Users can view their flexible product assets by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn > Flexible.

  • Flexible product registration change time: Instant.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tamperes with Binance program code or disrupts the operation of Binance program code using other software.

  • Based on its assessment, Binance reserves the right to disqualify users if they engage in fraudulent behavior or fail to comply with any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the program or program rules at its sole discretion.
