After 7 years of trading, I gradually discovered that the essence of trading is actually a process of reconciliation with one's own humanity, from competition to compromise to obedience, and finally reaching a reconciliation.
This process is lonely and painful. You have to endure the misunderstanding and doubts from your family, and you have to face the losses and fluctuations of your account. But what's more terrible is that trading will make you jump back and forth between despair and hope. It's hard to see the hope of profit, but the retracement will throw you into the abyss. You will continue to struggle back and forth between self-affirmation and self-doubt.
But if you are lucky enough and can find the balance point of your mentality, then you can find the key to stable profit. But there are very few people who can finally find it. Most of them leave sadly after decades, looking back with tears on their clothes.
