- Miner revenue in August was $827.56 million, down 10.5% from July.

- The number of BTC mined fell from 14,725 in July to 13,843 in August.

- Mining difficulty reached a record high of 89.47 trillion.

- After the April halving, the block reward dropped to 3.125 BTC.

- Transaction volumes and fees also fell.
