I personally think that the market will tentatively rise before the interest rate cut to recover some lost ground.
Once the dust settles on the interest rate cut, there may be a wave of correction.
After all, the market has been betting on the September interest rate cut since the beginning of August. After 50 days of expected digestion, when the good news is exhausted, there will often be a wash.
The violent wash after the interest rate cut may reopen a new round of rising cycle of the big cake. This cycle may last longer, but there will inevitably be several wash-outs and flash crashes in the middle. It is not until the good news of the interest rate cut is gradually realized at the end of the year that the market may really break through.
