French authorities have filed 12 charges against Telegram CEO Pavel Durov, who was arrested in Paris on August 24, including conspiracy to commit child pornography, drug distribution and organized fraud.

9. Money laundering from organized criminal activities.

10. Providing illegal cryptographic services for confidentiality.

11. Provide an encryption tool that does not require prior notice.

12. Importing cryptographic tools without prior declaration.
