Unconfirmed reports are swirling on social media and some news outlets that Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has been arrested in France. These reports, yet to be officially confirmed, suggest that Durov was detained upon landing at Bourget airport near Paris. Allegedly, he faces a litany of charges, including terrorism, trafficking, conspiracy, fraud, and money laundering.
