SERA launches "Space Summer" NFT, holders compete for the opportunity to go to space

Voting overview

• Register to vote: To participate in voting for candidates and science experiments, you must complete mission registration. You don't need to be an astronaut candidate to vote.

• Supported Country: Mission participants can only vote for candidates and experiments from their country or region, with the only exception being the sixth global seat.

Voting Phase 1

• Voting Mechanics: Mission Badges can be used to vote for 5 different candidates.

• How it works: The Mission Center will display real-time leaderboards for each seat as candidates accumulate votes. Elimination will occur at the end of Phase 1.

Voting Phase 2

• Voting Mechanism: Mission Badges can be used to vote for 1 candidate in each elimination slot.

• How it works: Through a series of eliminations, the leaderboard will be whittled down to the final candidates for each seat.

Voting Phase 3

• Documentary Filmmaking: Stage 2 finalists will be brought together and their journeys will be documented during the final selection process.

• Team Formation: Candidates will form teams with 1 representative per seat and will compete in a series of challenges that will be broadcast live in multiple episodes.

• Voting Mechanism: After each episode, voting will be for the entire team, not individual individuals. The team with the fewest votes will be eliminated until only one team remains.

• Final Team: The final team will check in 3 days before flight and train at the Blue Origin Ranch in West Texas.
