On August 17, Bitcoin smart contract layer Turingbitchain (TBC) has released Turingcontract.com, a smart contract development platform based on the native Bitcoin UTXO model.

Currently, the testing phase is open only to Bitcoin developers by invitation.

The emergence of Turing Contract represents that the Bitcoin designed by Satoshi Nakamoto is Turing complete, and this move will also play a positive role in promoting the BTC Core development team to open (op_cat) operation codes.
