According to ChainCatcher, the Jordanian Council of Ministers approved Jordan’s Blockchain Technology Policy 2025, which aims to enhance government services, transparency, and digital security.

The policy goals include increasing confidence in government performance, achieving complete security and privacy of citizen data, reducing government transaction time and costs, and supporting start-ups and blockchain technology development.

The policy is in line with Jordan's vision of economic modernization, aiming to enhance the development of the service industry, support national development, and increase service exports. Through blockchain technology, Jordan hopes to increase citizen trust, transparency, combat fraud, and reduce costs.
