According to PANews, Elon Musk said that the best way to ensure the accuracy of the Community Notes system is to make the system completely decentralized and open source, including code and data, and any manipulation will be as obvious as a neon sign.
Musk added that platform staff, including himself, do not have any editorial control over the system, which works by requiring people with historically opposing views to reach agreement in order for a note to appear on the platform.
