According to Odaily Planet Daily, MARA, a listed Bitcoin mining company, announced the acquisition of a wind farm in Texas, USA, from a joint venture between State Grid Corporation of China and the Washington State Investment Commission. The specific purchase price has not yet been disclosed.
According to previous news, MARA increased the issuance size of convertible priority notes to US$850 million, and part of the proceeds will be used to increase Bitcoin holdings.
