đŽ Optimism conducts OP airdrop round 3
Layer-2 Optimism on Ethereum announced the latest OP token airdrop event for users actively participating in governance.
This is the 3rd OP token airdrop event in the history of Optimism since the mainnet launch. Optimism will distribute 19.4 million OP (approximately 26.5 million USD) to more than 31,870 addresses that have contributed to governance.
Specifically, those who have authorized the administration of their OP tokens from January 20 - July 20, 2023 will meet the conditions to receive the airdrop. In addition, those who delegate tokens to people actively participating in governance activities will receive a bonus of x2.
According to tokenomics, Optimism will airdrop up to 19% of the total OP supply to the user community, so there is still about 13.28% of the total OP supply of 4.29 billion allocated in future airdrops.
