Raydium issued a meme token "CTO" yesterday, which was obstructed, and RAY fell by more than 5% on the same day.
Foresight News reported that Raydium, a DEX in the Solana ecosystem, launched a MEME token "CTO" on a platform using makenow.meme yesterday. However, users discovered that makenow.meme had deployed another "CTO" token, making it difficult for users to determine which CTO was the official token issued by Raydium. As a result, Raydium's official MEME token CTO plummeted over 75% within 24 hours, with a market capitalization of less than $1 million. Some users claimed to have encountered issues and lost funds during the process, and the Raydium team later stated that the experiment "did not go entirely as expected." Potentially affected by this event, Raydium's token RAY fell below 2 USDT, dropping 5.1% on the day and currently trading at 2.05 USDT.
