A statement came from TFL regarding the abuse in the Terra chain.
The explanation is; “Yesterday, the Terra blockchain was the target of a malicious attack exploiting a vulnerability in the Cosmos chain, resulting in the unauthorized withdrawal of approximately $4 million worth of assets.
When we were alerted to the existence of the vulnerability yesterday morning, we immediately coordinated with validators to stop the chain and then launched a software upgrade to fix the vulnerability.
We also took action to blacklist the abuser's wallet on Terra.
“We will share a more detailed account of the events once we have established the facts of the incident.” It was said.
