Every cycle, we see a huge number of people leave the cryptocurrency market. This often happens right before a crucial moment, and it's always for the same reason: people finally realize that it's not as simple as they thought. Ironically, these same people often end up calling crypto a scam.

In reality, several factors come into play:

- There is a significant skill ceiling.

- There is a significant time deficit.

- Luck is a factor.

Most people are not suited for this market and think it's easier than trading stocks or forex. (Most traditional finance traders are also unprofitable; this isn't unique to cryptocurrency.)

Let's compare with the stock and Forex markets:

In forex, you trade against banks that can literally see your orders on their trading terminals, which retail traders cannot.

In stocks, you trade against large tech firms that may engage in insider trading, whether it's allowed or not.

You might argue that you can just invest in reliable companies and everything will be fine. In cryptocurrency, you can do the same. Bitcoin has reached its all-time high and continues to break records. Ethereum will also keep growing.
