According to ChainCatcher, Decrypt reported that the Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX was hacked this month, with a loss of $230 million. The compromised multi-signature smart contract wallet used in the attack was allegedly imported into the Liminal platform.

However, cryptocurrency custody service provider Liminal refuted the allegations that the attack involved its infrastructure. A spokesperson said that the company's system was not attacked and caused WazirX to lose $230 million worth of crypto assets. The spokesperson said: "As a wallet infrastructure support platform, we emphasize that this incident originated from outside, which highlights the importance of comprehensive cross-platform security measures.
