Real World Asset
RWA has a simple concept, namely that we can own a piece of assets by tokenizing the asset and this can apply to anything from digital assets such as NFTs to real world assets such as property, gold paintings and others. A professor from University College Carlota Peres (Specialits Technology and Economics) is also very optimistic about the RWA concept. In fact, he predicts that the tokenization of Real World assets has the potential to bring trillions of US Dollars into the Crypto market. Larry Fink (CEO of BlackRock) also said the same thing, he was even more bullish, even saying "Tokenization Is The Future Of The Next Generation".
Even though currently there are not many concrete forms, you can see that this is a narrative that is starting to be put on the market and it is just a matter of time until it takes concrete form. Whether there are real assets that are really hyped for being sold by tokenization, or there are platforms that serve this need in the market.
This will be similar to the NFT Bubble, where there used to be an American digital artist, namely Michael Joseph Aka Beeple, who managed to sell his NFT work worth $69,000,000 Million in March 2021. After that, the NFT Boom became really hot on the market for several months after that. . For some reason, a phenomenon similar to this will occur for RWA in the next 1 or 2 years.
