According to TechFlow, on July 25, Coindesk reported that the crypto-friendly bank Revolut obtained a banking license from the UK Prudential Regulation Authority three years after applying, entering the "mobilization phase", allowing new banks to operate under restrictions. This move marks its becoming a mature British bank and obtaining a license to provide crypto services. Revolut has supported cryptocurrency trading for many years and launched an independent exchange designed for experienced traders this year. In addition, Revolut plans to sell $500 million worth of employee shares, and the company's valuation is expected to increase to $45 billion.
