I can't get into the computer client all the time. When I open it, it says: Application initialization error. I tried several methods myself:
1. Click on the clear cache in the lower left corner, and it will prompt to clear and restart. But the result is the same after clearing and restarting.
2. Click on the lower right corner to select the line. All five lines show 9999ms. It doesn't work no matter which one I choose. The signal 📶 in front of the version is always red.
3. I asked Binance customer service for help. They suggested changing the version, from 1.45 to 1.46 to 1.52. I tried five versions. It seems that there is a version in 1.45 that can be entered, but it prompts that the version is too low and I can't log in to the account, so I can only give up.
4. Binance customer service suggested using the local network instead of VPN. The VPN I use actually only has a US IP, which is also not applicable. So I have been using the local network. The customer service gave me several web version links, but none of them can be opened.
5. I invited a computer technician to come to my house. Since there was no problem accessing other websites, the technician said that the network was fine and he could not do anything else. He suggested calling 10000 and asking China Telecom Broadband to restart the backend. After doing so, China Telecom said it had been restarted, but the result was the same as if it had not been restarted.
In short, I have tried many methods, but I still cannot use the computer client. I hope that experienced friends can guide me. I would be grateful.
