It is prohibited to publish 🚫, political prejudices, discrimination or other offensive information.
Posting or disseminating false statements that have not been confirmed by Binance or relevant third-party officials involves the spread of rumors or deliberate defamation.
Post or disseminate content that may cause harm to others or engage in activities that may cause financial loss to users, including, but not limited to.
Fraudulent conduct: such as creating false price charts, publishing information in an attempt to manipulate the market, and promoting fraudulent projects.
Direct users to a third-party platform, including, but not limited to.

Prohibited 🚫 Promote payment services to other users of the platform or request payments, beg, etc.
Use illegal means to publish or participate in events, for example: generating false interactions through bots, publishing false information about events, etc.
Prohibited 🚫 ,Attempt to sell, buy, or request other forms of payment in exchange for a Binance Square account, username, nickname, profile photo, bio, etc.
General violations 🚨
Post marketing-related content without clearly indicating that it is sponsored by a sponsor; or publish misleading information about a product, service or business that exaggerates, incites or incentivizes users.
Post content that violates the intellectual property rights of others (such as copying or republishing content posted by others without permission).
Using another's trademark, including his or her name, word, logo, phrase, or device, in a manner that is likely to mislead or confuse others as to your affiliation. Associate with or use the trademark of decentralized projects, communities or a trademark that is not owned by anyone
Please note that if you believe that a username infringes your trademark rights, you can report it to Binance customer service with your trademark information. Binance Square will proactively investigate the issue but will only process requests submitted by the trademark owner. Binance reserves the right to reinstate any username, nickname, profile photo, bio or suspend an account if a violation is detected.
Bullying, harassment, invasion of privacy, abuse, personal attacks or other similar conduct.
Falsely imply an association or affiliation with Binance, including, but not limited to:
Use official Binance logos/trademarks or images in a profile photo;
Use official Binance icons or images in posted content to mislead others and falsely imply the existence of a cooperative relationship with Binance; either
Using misleading terms like "Binance" as nicknames, etc.
Abuse the reporting feature of the Platform, including, but not limited to, submitting false comments or reports in an attempt to damage the reputation of another party.
Possible penalties for serious violations include (but are not limited to):🚨🚫
First violation: a warning will be issued and traffic will be restricted.
Second violation: The offender's permission to post and comment will be suspended for 3 days.
Third violation: The offender's permission to post and comment will be suspended for 7 days.
Fourth violation: The offender's permission to post and comment will be suspended for 14 days.
Fifth violation: The violator's account will be permanently frozen (including permission to post and comment).
Possible penalties for general violation include, but are not limited to:🚨
First violation: a warning will be issued.
Second violation: a warning will be issued and traffic will be restricted.
Third violation: The offender's permission to post and comment will be suspended for 3 days.
If a user violates the guideline more than three times, their account will be subject to cumulative posting, commenting, and traffic restrictions, depending on the severity of the violation.
Note: Sanctions imposed under these Binance Square Community Management Guidelines will only affect your access and use of the Binance Square platform and will not affect your access or use of other Binance products and services.
