Notcoin's price has been moving sideways over the past 10 days, without pointing in any particular direction. Consolidation follows days of decline within a descending channel.
As Notcoin's decline slows and the price trades outside of the downward channel, it can easily be called a bullish move. However, since the price has not risen as expected, a more cautious approach is needed when trading forwards.
The first scenario is bullish, with the hope that the price will break the upper resistance level at $0.017. After this, the chart suggests we could see a jump back to $0.02.
The second scenario has the possibility of a bearish breakout. A break below a key level can cause the price to continue to fall until it reaches strong support.
