One of Europe's largest airline groups, Lufthansa Airlines, launched a loyalty program that allows travelers to earn NFT rewards on the Polygon network. This was announced by PolygonLabs on its Twitter account.

Users will connect their own wallets (crypto wallets), such as Metamask/TrustWallet, to mint, transfer, and trade Uptrip Trading Cards as NFTs. Since the initial launch, more than 20,000 users have registered and more than 200,000 trading cards have been issued.

The Lufthansa Group, which includes Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, Austrian Airlines and others, has more than 38 million registered members in the Miles & More loyalty program. Europe's largest airline group joins tens of thousands of decentralized applications and large companies such as Adobe, Stripe, and Robinhood that have built on the Polygon network.
