CFTC 🇺🇸 (commodities and futures regulator) Chairman Rostin Behnam said at a Congressional hearing today that an Illinois court has confirmed BTC and ETH are commodities under the Exchange Trade Act. Trading Commodities and that 70-80% of the crypto market is not a security.
