According to TechFlow, The Block reported that crypto payment startup Kulipa announced the completion of a $3 million seed round of financing earlier this month, led by Fabric Ventures and White Star Capital. Founded in 2023, the Paris-based startup aims to provide a platform for issuing crypto payment cards for non-custodial wallets, which can settle stablecoin transactions on multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, multiple Ethereum Layer2s, and Solana.

Kulipa is one of five blockchain startups in Mastercard’s latest Start Path incubator program. Previously, Kulipa announced a partnership with Mastercard and cryptocurrency wallet provider Argent to launch the first crypto payment debit card.
