The Witness identifies the resident and the residence through facial biometric recognition to guarantee the identity of the legitimate resident. "If the home is occupied, a Residence Certificate is automatically issued with all the information so that the police can intervene immediately, facilitating the recovery of the home. This solution has been developed and validated with a specialized legal team, led by a magistrate judge on leave. In addition, it is based on Instruction 6/2020 of the Secretary of State for Security, which establishes the protocol of action of the State Security Forces and Corps (FCSE) in the face of the illegal occupation of properties. , assures Ruano.
