VanEck filed a revised S-1 registration statement for its spot Ethereum ETF early Monday, mainly including minor changes regarding custody. Other companies such as 21Shares, BlackRock, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton and Grayscale also filed revised S-1 application documents later in the day. Bitwise was the first to submit its revised registration form on July 3. VanEck and Bitwise said they would waive fees in the initial stage, while Franklin Templeton set the fee at 0.19%.
