According to Techub News, Arkham monitored that the address marked as "German Government" transferred 200 bitcoins to Kraken, 700 bitcoins to Flow Traders, 600 bitcoins to Coinbase, 400 bitcoins to Bitstamp, 400 bitcoins to the address starting with bc1qu3, and 700 bitcoins to the address starting with 139PoP in the past 25 minutes.
