According to Deeptide TechFlow news, on July 8, according to official news, the EOS network announced the launch of a 250 million EOS staking reward program as part of its plan to improve token economics. According to the new staking reward plan, 85,600 EOS will be distributed to stakers every day, with an initial annualized yield (APY) of more than 60%. More than 31 million EOS tokens will be distributed to stakers each year. The plan also includes other notable improvements, such as the extension of the staking lock-up period from four days to 21 days. EOS block producers (BPs) will begin receiving fees generated by the network in addition to block reward revenue, further incentivizing infrastructure providers to respond to increased demand on the network.
