Mt. Gox issued a major announcement: On July 5, 2024, the reorganization trustee began to repay some reorganization creditors in the form of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) through some designated cryptocurrency exchanges in accordance with the Reorganization Plan. Once the following conditions are met, other rehabilitation creditors will also be repaid immediately:
1 Confirm the validity of the registered account and other matters;
2 Accept the subscription intention of the Agency Receipt Agreement through the designated cryptocurrency exchange;
3 Complete the repayment discussion between the rehabilitation trustee and the designated cryptocurrency exchange;
4 Confirm that the repayment can be carried out safely.
