TweetScout helps you spot fake KOLs

In the world of cryptocurrency, influence and reputation are crucial. Recently, a measurement website called TweetScout has been popular on social platform X. Just enter the username of the X account to get the influence score of the account. This score is evaluated based on the number and influence of prominent cryptocurrency figures, projects, and fund practitioners among an account’s followers. The more influential an account is, the higher its TweetScout score will be.

This tool is particularly useful for identifying which crypto KOLs (opinion leaders) are truly influential, and which ones may just be chatter and fake traffic. Social KOL catcher CHAOS also posted on social platform I don’t even think about it anymore. So you should try to improve your score. There are two ways: first, find a way to get the project team or recognized foreign influencers to pay attention to you, and second, work hard to create content.”

Global and Chinese-speaking KOL rankings

According to data from TweetScout, among the top 100 crypto influencers in the world, Tesla CEO Elon Musk ranks first with a score of 4,539, followed by Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin in second with a score of 4,344. Others on the list include NFT collector punk6529, blue-chip NFT VeeFriends founder Gary Vee and artist beeple, among others.

As for the KOL ranking list in the Chinese-speaking circle, CHAOS, a small social KOL catcher, also recently released a ranking list. According to the TweetScout score, aguyong.eth ranks first with 1,240 points, followed by Mr. Block with 997 points and Ash with 868 points. Little Catcher CHAOS said that the original intention of making the rankings was because there is vicious competition in the Chinese-speaking community, which allows KOLs who paint data to occupy the community page. KOLs who really have content and ability find it difficult to stand out. In the long run, they become bad coins and drive out good coins. And shouted the slogan "Purifying the industry starts with you and me."
