1. The address that held PEPE on the ETH network from April 18, 2023 to May 28, 2024
can get 1x airdrop
2. The address that held Metis on the Metis network from April 18, 2023 to March 13, 2024
can get 2x airdrop
3. If conditions 1 and 2 are met at the same time, 5x airdrop can be obtained
4. For each successful invitation of a validator, an additional 15% airdrop reward of the invitee can be obtained (this airdrop is obtained by verifying conditions 1/2/3)
