According to Odaily Planet Daily, a lawsuit accusing Keith Gill (Roaring Kitty), the "leader" of Internet celebrity stocks, of participating in a "pump and dump" scheme involving GameStop Corp. stocks was withdrawn a few days after being filed. Last Friday, GameStop shareholder Martin Radev filed a proposed class action lawsuit in the Brooklyn Federal Court in New York, accusing Gill of attempting to manipulate stocks for his own benefit. However, in a court filing late Monday afternoon, Radev said he voluntarily withdrew the lawsuit. It is unclear why Radev gave up the lawsuit, and his lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The withdrawal does not impair his rights, which means he can file the lawsuit again.
