Binance has announced an expansion of its Monitoring Tag to include additional tokens starting July 1, 2024, based on recent updates. The tokens newly added to the Monitoring Tag list include Balancer (BAL), Cortex (CTXC), PowerPool (CVP), Convex Finance (CVX), Dock (DOCK), Kava Lend (HARD), IRISnet (IRIS), MovieBloc (MBL), Polkastarter (POLS), Status (SNT), and Sun (SUN). Concurrently, Enzyme (MLN) and Horizon (ZEN) will be removed from the list.
Tokens marked with the Monitoring Tag are known for their higher volatility and associated risks compared to other listed tokens. These tokens undergo continuous monitoring with regular reviews. It's crucial to note that tokens with the Monitoring Tag may face delisting if they no longer meet Binance's listing criteria.
Traders interested in trading these monitored tokens on Binance Spot and/or Binance Margin platforms will need to pass a quiz every 90 days and accept the Terms of Use. The purpose of these quizzes is to ensure traders understand the risks associated with trading these tokens.
Monitoring Tags will be prominently displayed on corresponding trading pages and the Markets Overview page, accompanied by a risk warning banner for enhanced visibility and awareness.
