According to The Block, people familiar with the matter revealed that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has returned the S-1 form to the Ethereum spot ETF issuer and proposed amendments. "It will take at least one more round of amendments before it takes effect." Issuers are required to process these opinions and resubmit them by July 8.
