ChainCatcher reported that according to CryptoGlobe, Raoul Pal, a well-known macro investor, CEO of Real Vision and Global Macro Investor, announced on his YouTube channel that 90% of his personal cryptocurrency holdings are invested in Solana (SOL).
Pal explained that despite its high price volatility, SOL has shown remarkable resilience, noting that Solana’s ability to issue low-cost NFTs and fast transaction speeds on the chain are key factors in establishing it as a leading blockchain technology.
Pal also stressed the importance of investing during periods of market activity. He mentioned that the daily chart of SOL/USD on Coinbase shows a rising wedge pattern. With the recent decrease in volatility, Solana may see an upward trend similar to Bitcoin's past performance.
