Odaily Planet Daily reported that Farcaster co-founder Dan Romero announced the launch of a new in-app payment feature on X. This feature is built for the Farcaster client Warpcast, allowing users to pay others with USDC without having to find or remember addresses, with almost instant confirmation and zero fees. Romero added that the feature initially only supports the Base chain, and may later support other chains.
