US President Joe Biden and presidential candidate Donald Trump did not mention cryptocurrency during the 90-minute debate, despite crypto industry lobbyists spending millions of dollars on the current election. 🤔

Three crypto-focused super PACs (political actions) have raised $202.8 million from major industry donors, spending $93.6 million to influence the 2024 elections.

Trump promises to end Biden's "war on crypto" if elected and held a meeting with Bitcoin miners. However, some in the industry, such as Kraken CEO Dave Ripley, say Biden is "softening" his stance on crypto.

Gallup polls show that cryptocurrency is not a top issue among American voters, most of whom see the economy, inflation, poor governance and immigration as key issues.
