#Zksync ZKsync: Plans to Reach Over 10,000 Transactions Per Second by 2025
ZKsync, a zero-proof (ZK-proof) layer 2 (L2) solution, has announced an ambitious goal to reach over 10,000 transactions per second (TPS) and reduce transaction fees to $0.0001 by 2025. These steps are aimed at improving the scalability, security, and privacy of the Ethereum network, as well as creating a user-friendly environment.
Scaling and Cost Reduction
According to a roadmap published on December 12, ZKsync plans to significantly improve the performance of its technology. By the end of next year, the transaction fee for ERC-20 tokens will be reduced to $0.0001, and the network speed will exceed 10,000 TPS. These improvements will make ZKsync more competitive for blockchain developers and Ethereum users.
Development of Elastic Network and ZK Stack
As part of ZKsync’s development strategy, it focuses on improving Elastic Network and ZK Stack, which are intended to become the main tools for building decentralized applications. They will help accelerate the adoption of Web3 and improve the usability for developers.
