Flat is a sideways trend.
The price moves from one boundary to another. Flat can be traded on any TF, general rules:
- If the trend is upward, then in a flat market we trade from the lower boundary to the upper (Long).
- If the trend is downward, then in a flat market we trade from the upper boundary to the lower (Short).
