Report Center is a self-service tool within the VIP Portal on Binance. VIP users can download and share reports on their master account and sub-account activities with internal and external stakeholders. Please note that Report Center is currently accessible through the Binance website only.
Note:
VIP Portal is a one-stop hub for VIP users to access various Binance services and manage their digital assets from a single location.
Non-VIP users may also apply for to be whitelisted for the VIP Portal by contacting Customer Service. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in to the VIP Portal immediately. Please wait for two working days for the data to be synced up before accessing Report Center.
1. Can I export reports using a sub-account?
Currently, sub-accounts can only export trading, transfer, withdrawal, deposit, funding fee, borrow and repayment, and interest reports. They cannot export or download Account Statements, Account Ownership Reports, and Profit & Loss Reports.
2. Can I export data using a custom login account?
No, custom login accounts cannot export data from Report Center.
3. I am not a Binance VIP user. When can I start using Report Center after applying for VIP Portal access?
You can access Report Center at 00:00:00 (UTC) two days after being successfully whitelisted by Customer Service.
4. I received an email from the Report Center system. However, I cannot download the report from the download link.
The download link from the email you receive will remain accessible for six hours, after which you need to go to Report Center to download the report. Please note that the report will expire after seven days, and you’d need to re-export the file again from Report Center.

1. Log into your Binance account and go to [VIP Portal]. Under [Service and Solutions], click [Report Center] and choose [Report Generator].
Note: As the data will be refreshed daily before 03:00:00 (UTC+0), you can only see reports from the day before yesterday. For example, if today is 2024-01-12, the latest available report would be 2024-01-10.
2. Select the [Report Type] and [Business Type].

Note: If this is your first time using the tool, Report Center will select the default business types. After that, it will remember your previous selections for quicker access.
3. If you want to download reports for a specific sub-account, select the account-specific UID. Please note that selecting [All] will include the master account and all sub-accounts.
You can only download the Account Statements, Account Ownership Reports, and Profit & Loss Reports (PDF) from the master account.
4. To send your report to a third party, such as your auditor, toggle on the button next to [Sending Report] and enter a file password to secure the report.
Note: To protect your account information, you must encrypt all reports by setting an eight-digit password. Any external party accessing the file will be required to enter the password you created. Please store the password securely.
5. Choose the [Report Period], [Time Zone], [File Type], then click [Generate]. Currently, Report Center only supports CSV and PDF files.
6. You’ll see that the report is being generated. If a report fails to generate, you can re-generate or cancel it.
Under [My Report], you can see reports that have been successfully generated. Please note that the reports generated will expire after seven days. You have to re-generate them again after they expire.
You can download or send multiple reports using the batch download and batch send functions.
Under [My Report], click [Batch Download] and select the files to download in batch. Click [Batch Download] again to proceed.

2. Click [Add Emails] on the pop-up window. You can add up to five third-party email addresses. By default, a copy will be sent to your registered email when you share a report with third parties.
3. To protect your account information, you must encrypt all reports by setting an eight-digit password. Any external party accessing the file will be required to enter the password you created. Please store the password securely.
4. The download link will remain accessible for seven days, after which downloads will no longer be supported. You'll need to export the file again from Report Center.
Note: When exporting reports via email, if you log in from the master account, the account statement will be sent to the master account’s registered email address, regardless of whether you're generating a statement for the master account or a sub-account.
You may also share individual reports directly with team members and third parties (such as investors and auditors) via email.
1. Under [My Report], click the send icon under [Status].
2. Enter the email address(es) and set an eight-digit password to protect your report. The recipients must enter the correct password to access the report. Please share the password with trusted third parties only to protect your account information.
3. The system will send the report to the recipients you added with the subject “Reports Delivered - Binance VIP & Institutional Service”.
Note: If you aren’t the account owner but wish to receive a report, please contact the Binance account owner directly. You can provide your email to them and receive the report directly from the system. Please ask for the eight-digit password from the Binance account owner to access the file.
You can schedule report generations and the system will automatically generate reports based on the schedule.
1. Log into your Binance account and go to [VIP Portal]. Under [Service and Solutions], click [Report Center] and choose [Report Scheduler].
2. Click [+Create New Scheduler].
3. Enter a name for the report and choose the date, time zone, report type, accounts, report fields, frequency, and file type.
4. If you want to receive the scheduled report in email, please turn on the sending report function. Enter the email address(es) and set an eight-digit password. The recipients must enter the correct password to access the report. Click [Confirm].
Note: “Frequency” refers to the periodic report date interval. Your report will be generated two days after the specified date. For example, you set the frequency as “weekly”. The system will automatically generate a report for the previous week on Wednesdays.
5. If the report is scheduled successfully, you can see its details under [Report Scheduler]. The system will automatically generate a report based on the frequency you set.
Your report will be generated two days after the specified date. You can download the report from [Report Management].
