This will allow:
- Conduct a limited amount of transactions in the United States using blockchain technology to trade securities without fear of being targeted by regulators.
- Time in the testing area will be limited to a maximum of 2 years with the possibility of extension.
- Companies can choose some of their own regulatory rules but will have to follow some government guidelines to protect investors.
