This coin has surged recently, mainly because, as we mentioned before, its TVL (Total Value Locked) has surpassed the peak of the last bull market, while its price is still only over 300, far below the last bull market's 670, so it is clearly undervalued.
Moreover, the WLFI under the Trump family has also increased its holdings in AAVE, which we analyzed in two previous episodes, so I am actually not surprised by AAVE's rise.
However, what I want to say today is that its short-term rise is pretty much over; it has already reached the previous high point of 390 today, facing significant resistance. Everyone can consider taking profits at this level and waiting to re-enter when it corrects.
I personally will be watching above 350, like at the support level of 355, to enter again at a lower position.
Actually, if the market was a bit better, I would choose to continue holding AAVE, but right now the overall environment is declining, with various coins plummeting, and AAVE is trying to break this year's previous high, so I plan to wait for it to pull back before making a decision.
