Last night before bed, I felt uneasy again and canceled several long positions at lower levels.
Especially the long positions for Ethereum at over 3700, fortunately, I canceled them, leaving only a short position at 3650. Upon waking up, I saw that this position had been filled, making a profit of over ten U, which I immediately closed. Given the current situation, I really dare not be greedy.
I won't open any positions for now, as I truly can't see through this market. I'll wait for the market to stabilize.
Although the big ups and downs are a great opportunity to make money, they are also a great opportunity to lose everything.
I'm not expecting to get rich in the crypto world; I just hope to earn a few dozen U every day.
A beginner playing for a month, sharing some feelings, welcome feedback
I started with a small amount at the end of October, entering with 10,000 RMB, earning 30,000, and I have already withdrawn 20,000.
Actually, I haven’t made big profits; I’ve always taken little profits and run. If I can make a couple of hundred or even tens of yuan, I will exit.
Maybe it's because I lack ambition; I feel that whenever I can make about one or two percent, it's already good, and I immediately make the trade. Although most of the time I actually exit too early and could have made more, but who knows what fate has in store?
On the 5th or 6th, I encountered contracts. On the first day, I made more than 3,000 RMB from contracts, and then I got a bit carried away. Making that much money in such a short time for the first time. That night, ETH rose to 4,080, and I shorted with 15x leverage at 3,900, but I lost 3,000 and had to cut my losses, couldn't hold on. I am just an ordinary wage earner, and when I lose a few thousand, it really hurts.
Then the next day I continued with contracts and made back 2,000.
On the first day of dealing with contracts, I still overall made 1,000.
But the money I earned felt like my own, and losing money really hurts.
Then I felt that contracts were really too harsh, and for several days I didn’t dare to trade.
Later, I gradually calmed down and changed my leverage to five times, looking for high and low points to buy, with trades of just a few dozen U. I don’t easily average down, and when I lose more than ten percent, I will appropriately average down, and so on. If I have a few U in profit, I will close the position. This has been my strategy in recent days, and I haven’t really lost.
I can earn 10 U or 20 U in a day and feel satisfied; if I can earn 40 U, I’ll treat myself to a nice meal, but I can't compare with the big players. So far, I have withdrawn more than 20,000, leaving 1,500 U to continue, and I will never recharge U. Even if I lose this 1,500, I am still someone who made 10,000 in the crypto world.
I really don’t want to bear the risk of losing a few thousand; I’m just a common citizen. If I can make 100 yuan a day, I’ll be very satisfied. I don’t seek to get rich; I just hope to increase my income a little each month and improve my life.
