Today most people talk about ETFs, regulatory compliance or scammy tokens with staking structures to grift off of fools.
Ravencoin was born of the old school cypherpunk ethos. From a day when people spoke about decentralization and limiting the power of centralized parties.

Ravencoin has a strong base that avoids many of the structural issues other projects have regarding regulatory and centralization risks. The drawback is that there is no promotional or funding source such as a treasury and the project must rely entirely on volunteers.

Scams everywhere

In a bull market noise increases and low quality projects abound. It makes a quality model contrast and stand out even more. Ravencoin has no fundraise, no premine, no set aside, no sale, no centralized organization or treasury, no executives, not a security.
