1. Reiterate the view that most cryptocurrencies are securities.
2. The current securities laws apply to the crypto field, but a large number of entities and platforms do not comply with the regulations, and the SEC needs regulatory supervision.
3. The growing cryptocurrency industry has certain political significance, but the SEC needs to ensure that Crypto enters a fair, orderly, efficient and honest market.
4. I don’t know the specific time for the issuance of the Ethereum spot ETF, but the approval process is going smoothly.
Bloomberg analysts are optimistic that the SEC is likely to formally approve it next week, and the listing date is expected to be advanced to July 2
