According to Odaily Planet Daily, a couple with Celsius business accounts filed a motion to receive a second payment from the bankruptcy code. The payment to them and other creditors was allegedly reduced by 35% compared to non-business accounts. The motion was filed on June 3 and will reportedly be considered at a hearing on June 27. Previously, Celsius corporate creditors generally complained that the debtor delayed payment to the company's account and paid in cash instead of cryptocurrency, causing losses to these creditors.
