Odaily Planet Daily News ZKsync and the development team behind it, Matter Labs, announced a new roadmap called ZKsync 3.0, which aims to promote a more interconnected ecosystem, including a new "elastic chain", somewhat similar to the AggLayer released by competitor Polygon earlier this year. It is understood that the core of ZKsync 3.0 is the v24 upgrade released on June 7, which transforms "ZKsync from a single ZK chain to an elastic chain." The team said that the elastic chain is an infinitely scalable network of ZK chains (rollups, validiums, and volitions) that is mathematically protected and seamlessly interoperates under a unified intuitive user experience.
