ChainCatcher reported that according to Cointelegraph, EigenLayer has implemented additional security features for its EigenDA data availability service on the Ethereum mainnet to prevent Sybil and DDoS attacks.
According to EigenDA's announcement, the whitelist security measure uses IP address or Ethereum address ECDSA authentication to ensure enhanced protection and secure access to services. ECDSA authentication is an encryption method for verifying the identity of a user, device, or system.
