According to TechFlow, on June 22, the NFT project Pudgy Penguins announced the establishment of a common parent company, Igloo Inc., with its NFT licensing platform Overpass IP. Igloo sits above Pudgy Penguins, Overpass, and another undisclosed entity, with a mission to create the largest on-chain community, drive the consumer crypto revolution, and provide a non-diluted crypto ecosystem for new users.
Igloo's official Medium page shows that Igloo is building a Web3 mainstream IP ecosystem and infrastructure to support on-chain brand building and consumer engagement. Igloo emphasizes that its goal of promoting the popularization of cryptocurrency does not rely on the volatility of crypto assets, but is committed to pushing the boundaries of on-chain experience.
